Branding Guidelines
We’ve created guidelines for you so that you can customize this material to make it your own, yet also create consistency in messaging and symbolism. As consistent, repeated use of the symbol is the way we create the brand, and it is critical to do so if we want a global movement for hope. That way, when used around the world, it is iconic, recognizable, and consistent, which helps to reinforce the Science of Hope and the skills necessary to Shine Hope.
We ask a few things of you:
- Use our trademarks consistently and with an approved license from us. Email us at activate@theshinehopcompany.com to obtain licenses and approvals. While some materials are available at no cost, there is a fee associated with becoming an official Hopeful City, depending on the size of the city. We do work with you to obtain sponsors if costs are an issue.
- Adhere to copyright laws.
- Contact us to get permission to change materials.
- Adhere to the yellow color scheme; we’ve provided PMS and CMYK colors for matching in the branding guidelines in the Appendix.
- Utilize our materials as much as possible. While not required, it adds to the consistency in messaging across cultures and communities, allows for imprinting of messaging, and adds to the Global Movement for Hope.
- Provide feedback so we can improve.
If you have any questions about them or concerns about their usage, reach out to us at activate@theshinehopecompany.com.
